Terms of Trade
All allocations, whether private or trade, are subject to confirmation of availability by the concierge or trade desk. Quoted grades and lot descriptions reflect the most recent harvest inspection; minor natural variation in colour and grain is expected and is not grounds for return. Full terms are provided at the point of order confirmation.
Privacy
Information submitted through our concierge, cart, or trade inquiry forms is used solely to process and fulfil your request, and is shared only with the logistics and compliance partners necessary to complete it. We do not sell client data to third parties.
Certifications
Halal
All reserve lots are certified Halal by an accredited regional certification body.
Kosher
Kosher certification is maintained across our milling and packaging facilities.
FSSC 22000
Our food safety management system is certified to FSSC 22000, covering quarrying through export packaging.
